Pisoro is available to you free and will be free forever. But some features are not available for free yet and you need to Purchase a Subscription plan for using the Services. Please read the note that comes after the plans.

Purchase Notes:

We may occasionally update purchase rules to reflect customer feedback and changes in our Services. When we post changes to this statement we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of the statement. If there are material changes to this statement or in how Pisoro will use your information, we will notify you by either posting a notice of such changes before they take effect, or by direct notification. We encourage you to periodically review these rules.

Please consider visit your nearest emergency clinic right away if your pet is experiencing bad symptoms.

Please consider in the consultation we only advice to the right thing not medicine.

It should be noted that the maximum response time is not considered from 12 midnight to 8 am.

If no response is sent to your consultation within the stipulated time according to the plan (24 hours, 12 hours, 6 hours), you can receive your fee by sending a support request.
